SCI FI Recruitment Questionnaire

Welcome to the application form for the EIT Health Program ‘From Scientists to Innovators for Industry’ in 2023.

All applications are due by 23 June 2023, 5 pm CET.

Before you fill in the application form, please make sure to familiarise yourself with the program details e.g. the different learning tracks: Full Programme/Light Programme, participation fees, participation dates and time commitment here:

We are offering a total of 10 sponsored places for the Full Programme (5 places for Ukrainian Researchers and 5 for Researchers from RIS countries). Additionally we are offering free participation to all Ukrainian Researchers, that want to take part in the Light programme.

The documents you will need to submit:
- All answers to the below questionnaire

Additionally for the Full Programme:
- CV
- A short video clip of yourself (approximately 2 minutes)
- For a sponsored participation of the Full programme, you will also have to upload a letter of recommendation from your supervisor from the clinic, institute or University.
